    You send us the product links or shop directly on our website. We purchase the item for you from the original seller in Indonesia.
  2. We inspect & consolidate your packages
    Once the products arrive at our vendor warehouse, we check that they match your order (basic visual inspection only), and we consolidate multiple items if needed to save on shipping.
  3. We ship to your country
    After inspection, we repackage the items securely and ship them to your international address. We currently ship to Europe, the US, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and more.
  4. We handle communication with Indonesian sellers
    Language barrier? No worries. We coordinate with sellers in Bahasa Indonesia so you don’t have to.
